Online 2.3 Server While Running Online Mir 3 Server Over Single LAN with Router....

Which Ports MUST I change, i.e. 7000, 7100 and 7200 must deffo be changed as they are being used on the Mir 3 Server, I could also do with a definitive list of what IP's must be changed (location in files).

So.. Which Files Need altering with What Information to run a 2.3 Server so it is accessible Externally and can be used on the same network as Sting3G.

I remember seeing somewhere thedeath said "Stop telling people to use the 1.9 setup for online, you only need to do *******" I just can't remember what the ******* was.. and I can't find the thread.

u can change them ports to almost anything unused,, i usually change them to 8000,8100 and 8200 , then forward them ports to the server pc on the router:


then we use these settings for online:

in dbserver folder

!serverinfo
127.0.0.1 your external ip 7200

in loginserver folder

!addrtable
servername servername 127.0.0.1 external ip external ip:7100

in M2Server folder

!runaddrtable
external ip

!servertable
0 external ip 7200


in gamegate folder
config
[GameGate]
Title=servername
ServerAddr=127.0.0.1
ServerPort=5000
GateAddr=servers internal ip,, usually 192.168.0.*
GatePort=7200
ect
ect


all other ips to be 127.0.0.1
