When this launched I thought it was finally the server I was looking for however following weeks of feedback, pivotal changes have slowly been made to the drop rates. Gold and ai.

why was this game not just launched open beta?

lol, I got a feeling once everyone gets 40+ that guilds will join to destroy apex at every opportunity, amazing what a perceived advantage can do to unite the rest of the server. It's all good though, going to be some epic fights shortly, should really make the server come alive, currently seems like everyone is treading water a little.

With the SW change so any guild can take the castle when a relic is submitted makes for some exciting thoughts. Wonder who going to win? It's not guaranteed apex will win even if they all turn up. They have more than 100 members just can't fit them in guild lol.

I completely agree on the fact it should have been a open beta, think the team made a massive mistake here.

It was to give them an advantage, they are a bad guild. They have a couple of good players but they need every advantage they can get. Also if I'm not mistaken isn't one of the dev team a long standing Apex member and another that used to run a message board mainly frequented by Apex?

who the **** cares 90 % of the guild is now just made up of random scrubs. come the next war they really dont have a chance in hell keeping the wall

Why is every thread seemingly about dissing Apex? They aren't exactly a 'care ear' guild as they ok and fight for every boss. They don't have all the advantages ppl speak of. Most of the guild are in the same position as the rest of the server regarding kits and skills. They are just bigger in regards to numbers online within guild than many others. Unlike some guilds I've seen they don't seem to have chars that cheat either. Maybe that's why?? They play fair but still want to win.

Not sure why this is about apex really. Just seems the server as great as it is would have been better as open beta not live

I didn't get to play during beta but every server I've played has had the same ppl moaning about one class or another or mob, skill. Item etc etc. all servers are adjusted during 'live game play' not just in testing as. If it was open beta then when all the fine tuning was done surely a wipe and re-start would b needed? Everyone would moan then aswell I expect. Things will be improved or damaged regardless of what character u play.

What difference would an open beta made?... Open beta's are primarily used to find major game breaking bugs and gives the hosting team a good get out of jail for free card to wipe the server?...

C10 and Shhh enjoy fighting eachother. Some of the members even have bad blood.

Shhh has beef with TheFirm.

Not sure what C10s relationship is with TF, but when Shhh C10 and TF are in same place, TF n C10 fight Shhh together.

There are no alliances and cant see them forming. Atleast not for argueably the two strongest guilds ingame.

C10 will probs defend SW w/ Apex id imagine.

While TF + Shhh try take it.

But who knows..

Hi sam, I have misunderstood to purpose of open beta. I thought it would be to iron out most bugs not just major. I would have thought Stuff like the spitting spiders drops, Wizzies reported AI lvling issues, spell drop rates and just how fast people reach 40+ all could have been analysed and resolved without damage to the game. Then there is flashdash and moonlight and the bug and suggestion area of the forums. . It is a good server so i'm not knocking it but i honestly would have been happy with it being open beta whilst these things are corrected. Thanks for the time to reply though

pretty sure that was what ace was for? Again though, when this server gets to end game, then we'll see where the balance is, then maybe they'll have a full set of bug free files that can play and play.

Seen this comment a couple times. Will spmeopne please explain what Apex advantage is? Apart from the obvious one that they have a presence in many games and so all their guildies know each other and so can work together from day 1.
Its not like other guilds dont know each other already. I have seen the people who call themselves Curse10 on other servers. Names that are in Shhhh were in the firm other places, names in thefirm were in other guilds other places. They seem to have swapped round a bit but they all know each other.
So what other advantage are Apex supposed to have?

well they can tell each other how to fill out JSA forms, I can see where the guild can really help out..

and remember, for each JSA Form successfully claimed, it benefits the guild as a whole!
