some good pointers there. Maybe i shouldgo to an Internet Cafe but i have no idea where there is one.I dont think there is any point in me travelling to Nottingham Or Derby just to go in a internetcafe. I want somthing to do . I like the idea of selling webspace but how would i go about it?
Find a webhost who offers 'reseller packages', and sell the hosting for more.

Not sure if renting a server is better, but buying a server and placing it in a data centre should be considerable.

How much stuff to consider. Premises, hardware, software, staff, electricity, phone, insurance...just to name a few obvious ones. Honestly, If you don't have substantial financial backing, which I doubt you do being 15, then your chances are pretty low bordering on 0.

It's not like opening a lemonade stand.

i personally think its a bad idea.

i mean ill probbably just repeast what people think but:

The Cafe itself:
Well 1st u need to buy an area to build in, the hardware, the staff, advertising, catering, furnishing ect...

The area
well in my town theres 1 cafe... not very busy since its not the biggest cafe but its also not in the best location. its an oldy town aswell so not many ppl will go there

Computers
no such thing as cheap good computers. Line costs will be big and charging people will be alot just to break even.

why not thin of other computing ideas for a future, hardware stores?

My opinion is, Quit dreaming. Asking all these questions and changing your mind often isn't a good sign, Infact to me it appears you know next to nothing about the whole business aspect that you wish to delve into. Therefore you will fail =] Also for you to fail you need to actually have the money in the first place to even begin to try.

Computer Store:

Location:
again is there a need for it in the area? is there competition?
is there an area u can rent/buy land/shops for you to build on?

Advertising:
Is there a younger population town, or older population. Advertising in papers will get to older ppl whilst posters will be seen more by younger ppl.
Advertising should be made easier for older ppl since they are more likely to not know what GHZ is or RAM ect...

Stock:
Waht will u sell? are you going to sell nethin? is it just a repair store? u need to find what you shop actually does. U might want to sell computer games for just PC or multi platforms?
Will u sell hardware off the shelves or just order stock in if ppl want it?
Will you need a supplier?

Staff
Well if ure gonna do repairing u might want more ppl in specialist areas, maybe people to program, designs ect ect...

Just a few things u might need to think of..

Well, it could be a good idea to start something on the internet like webhosting. www.neopian.co.uk is run by a 15 year old student ^^.

P.S yes it's not working at the moment, they are updating the whole website.

NeoPuma is just a kid with a bit of brains, and his parents money to pay for the reseller package, anybody could do that
