How much would you say this is worth pls?

What Kurt said, it'd probably fetch about £300 tops. If you're buying, may I suggest spending a little bit extra and getting some PC3200 (DDR400mhz) RAM. Things will run noticably faster if the speed of the RAM matches the speed of your FSB.

Are you buying this? Don't unless your getting it for the price of a pentium 3. The AXP line pretty much sucks compared to what is out now and it's price compared to everything. The ram is only PC2700.... well a true 3200+ uses a 400fsb bus for PC3200 which means you will have to have an option in the bios of the motherboard to use a ratio to lower the ram bus speed to 333 as opposed to 400, and especiallly if it has bad timings, that really sucks. AXP+lower ratio ram+bad timings= horrible performance loss, not even adding that I am assuming this is a single 512 stick as you posted and not 2x256, which means you won't be running dual channel, which means ****DROPPERFORMANCE.

In other words... you will be suffering a rather big loss in performance with that ram with that cpu, in addition with that cpu compared to something else you could get for equal price, assuming you are buying this all new.

I got a better idea, tell me how much you want to spend and ill tell you what ya need in a UK store

I have the abit mobo... i have an athlon xp mobile cpu (does 2.64ghz compared to 2.2 of 3200+). That setup doesn't 'pwn' anything, a simple underlocked A64 destroys it in terms of performance.
