I've noticed when I log in, and try to change my Attack Mode it won't tog and no messages showing it change between say attack all and normal mode. I know Holley has CMList.dt and you could fix bye using Kaori Crypt. So am i just SOL on fixing it or someone can point out what i'm missing?

in king version you can write @attackmode

All things that in other versions had to be changed in cmlist, now must be changed hexing the client. Just search for the @attackmode command in Chinese in the client and translate it to the command that you have in strres (or leave the originial strres in Chinese).
