Anyone else use / used this and managed to get External Hard Drive working?

when i eventually get OVB to pick up the EHD i get windows notifications that it installed but nothing shows up in Computer so dunno what's up with it.

I decided to install VMWare Workstation and same thing happened so i waited about 8-10 mins and it finally appeared so it could just be that they take a while to load up.

So the answer to my own question is probably be patient

As soon as it's loaded into normal windows, it can take around about 10 minute to load on VM. I find if I share the drive straight away, it loads up instantly.
