i opened the side of my computer and put a big ass fan next to it on full power. so its cooled down a bit

Do the same thing with prime and the FSB while the fan is on it and post a SS.

Download speedfan and prime95.
Install.
Restart.
Go into the bios and make the changes.
Go back into windows and open up prime95 and speedfan.
In prime95, options>torture test>in place large FTT's
After 10 minutes of prime95 running, post a SS of speedfan and post.
