Am I the only one noticing the huge influx of level 40+ players? WD used to be quite a good place to level before snow (homeland is crap, you spend more time walking a pitiful lure to a wall than actually killing them and you're not alone in there) but for the past 3 days I've noticed quite a few groups or solos going to WD therefore there's just not enough mobs for everyone.


I'm not sure if this is happening everywhere else but other places such as BP are being hoarded by higher level players that kill everything so fast that there's seldom any lure .
There's a lvl 56 chinese warrior who literally lives in BP 4F, the floor with the highest respawn in that cave by FAR and is forcing everyone else to hunt in the lower floors but the respawn rate there provide a much slower leveling experience.

It will due to a lot more level 40+ players being in the game now (which isnt a bad thing) Jamie just needs to look at the spawns and maybe increase them to accommodate for this new amount of level 40's.

Once your 45 (im only 44 myself) it opens up a lot of other places where you can level DUO/Solo.

Maybe posting in the suggestions area about increasing the spawn rates for Jamie etc to look at and discuss.

There are some places that need a faster respawn rate such as WD but most places just needs to even the respawn rate/mob quantity across all the floors of the same cave so players don't stack in the same floor, maybe modify a few caves so everyone is not in the same leveling zone because lets be honest here, Despair Valley, Boars and the 3 identical skeleton caves are wasted (at least there's no need to be 3 of them)

Try Fleas sub floor, its a small floor and can be 15 people hunting there.

could add subs on 2f also

+1 to increasing spawns on all floors so that you don’t always have to hunt on the sub floor to make it worth it.

Yea it's a terrible place as of now, specially to new players because high lvl players are swarming that place... poor lowbies have no place to farm gold lol

If you stopped spreading salt all over the forum for a change and decided to read properly my thread you would notice this is related to medium level zones. The high level wizards are fine for now because there are not many of them and snow has a healthy respawn rate but this will not continue for long as more and more wizards join snow village hunting grounds.

P.S: Stop making this thread abouts wizards because it affects everyone alike, who cares if you're able to kill a big ass lure if there's no lure to begin with?

Everyone’s getting powered in banyo which means that a lot of people are hitting a plateau at the same time

West desert has much more than 3 floors, just go to UC 1-4 or UM 1-3, theres a hellalot mobs in there -_-

I agree, lower floors of caves need more spawns in general and not just the sub floors, in particular in ants and fleas which are consistently swamped with people trying to make cash on the sub floors while the other floors are left virtually untouched due to the lack of mobs.

struggling to get decent lures in desert map (numas) compared to before. havent seen an issue really anywhere else. fleas has always been very highly populated and contested amongst lower levels not as many people know about ants or think its not as good, but i dont have trouble in ants finding lures even with alot of people on map the respawns are pretty decent and frequent. does fleas have same respawn frequency as ants? could be looked at

Is this sarcasm? leveling in Underground? are you insane? warriors cant go there because they get raped, wizards can't level there because there are x2 types of ranged mobs (one hits like a truck) and you can't geo for obvious reasons.

Didn't Chronicles have the exact same problem, hense why added Instances, only problem I had with Sams version is that any rare gems n benes was non tradable.

Maybe you could add Tier Instances 1-29 30-39 40-49 50+ for the lower level caves so lower levels can hunt etc

Totally against instances.

The issue will be finding the balance, so lets say we increase spawns in various dungeons by between 200-300%, this increases the number getting killed, adding more items and gold into the economy. So would it require a debuff of gold/drops to the dungeons that see these increases to balance it out against the higher rate spawns?

We also need to find a way to discourage high level players from hogging lower level places all to themselves. Have you guys seen KyLin? lvl 56 warrior, he's been in BP 4F since yesterday 10AM til today 11AM, that's 25 ****ing hours where no lower level could go anywhere near BP 4F.

Half the people will complain about overcrowding, the other half will complain about any segregation made to 'fix' it. You won't please both sides here.

The standard solution to overcrowding is instance the zones. > x people on a map you enter a new instance of it.
Public not personal instancing of course.

Thats actually a good idea.

One major negative to that though is that if your guildie needs help with pking on a certain map / instance, how would you get there?

You would have to draw the line somewhere, otherwise it would be abused.
If you add an exception for group size, people would just make full groups and enter that way.
