Just purchased domain/hosting through these.
Was wondering what peoples experiences are with their service/support?

Noticed they also do Dedis etc, but don't want to commit to someone who is terrible.

They've been okay when I've contacted them before, i used to have a Dedi with them, but in all honesty, it takes something really bad happening to really see how good their support is, when you need them most. Which i haven't had. That being said, provided there isn't some major malfunction, Dedi's aren't something you need a ton of help from support with.

I've been hosting my uncle's company site in OVH for 3 years or so. Hosting + domain + the shitty MS exchange email. No problems so far except for some trouble with MS exchange but that's MS' fault. Also they answered every ticket within hours.
