Partition problems

Ok got a pc off my brother as he just brought a laptop, so was like cool, not the best thing, i got it home and relised that a: it had 3 partitions and B) C: only had 3.89gb, the other to have around 35gb & 35.5gb so i tried using partition magic.


On drive C: i have around 962mb left on it so i tried a program called partition magic, but as its only the trial version i can't, Anyone have a full version or know of a way i can combine all thease into one C:?

Why dont you just delete them all and reinstall windows?

I've tried that, when i re-install windows it will only re-format the c: and won't delete the D: and E:, stupid i know but there isn't a option to delete both of thease two drives

So when you boot from CD, it doesnt list the partitions? O_O

When i boot the restore CD it comes up with welcome to Acer, would you like to reformat C: or something along thoes lines

are u using a proper windows disk?

sound like hes using the laptop disc he got with it and not the windows disc

I dunno, was just using the disc my brother gave me, as i don't own a copy of windows, got their in the end thought used EASEUS partition Home edition, was a struggle but got their in the end

Ghost
Partition Magic
