password recovery

im setting up ma server. but if someone needed their account recovered. how would i get the password and recovery answers and question.?:dunce:

In the database, it'll have account info.

Also, when server is running, have them give you their Account ID then on LoginServ, click ID Tool.
If they don't know their ID, on Dbserver click User DBtool, search the char and get ID that way.
I think you can only see their pass and questions through loginserver.
