Patch 2.0?

Hey I don't want to sound like an impatient poohead but can we, the players have some insight as to what's going on behind the scenes?
How many more Patches are there likely to be before Patch 2.0? I'm just a bit curious as its gone a bit quiet on here lately, just the odd bit of information would be great now and then!

Loving the effort that the team is putting into the server, especially lately as its made all the difference!
Keep up the great work guys, looking forward to this Patch!

I would prefer the patch to come in parts, it makes more sense and gives you more time to work on the caves before you release them as well as increase/decrease drop rates

I assume he means the ability to make gems via the crafting NPC.

Afraid to say it will be too late by time 2.0 comes in were only hitting 100 at peak times now Refining+Gem crafting should have been in since day 1 one of the biggest mistakes of the server its such a big part of mir to leave it out for the first 4 months is a big mistake.

No they shouldnt. Unless gem success rate was really low and the refining process was changed so you cant just use the same recipes as other files. Refining should be capped as should gemming. Especially where you have these socket rune things as well.

Do you all really need a time table?
Seems like team were hassled into launching before they were really ready and then there was a delay. U can see things happening in game you can see work is ongoing.
Why do you need a detailed schedule of events? What happens if something interrupts them? Someone is ill or family troubles or all the other irl things that interrupts hobbies.
Things are happening visibly. Isnt that enough?

I am greatful for the work the team has put into the server, I did praise them in my post.
Im not asking for all the details and an in depth schedule as to what's going on behind closed doors but we haven't heard much else about Patch 2.0 since March.
A little bit of information wouldn't hurt, there does need to be some communication.

@davey_boyy- At peak times the server is hitting roughly 200 most nights not 100, it's starting to settle now so don't panic! It's never too late.

Dam, thought 2.0 was close. I know you have the best intentions BH, but this seems like bad news. I saw 2.0 as the lifeline, a reason for returning full time, rather than logging in for the odd hour at the weekend.
Need a few more staff members by the sounds of it.

There aren't that many refiners.
It will make happy the people who have been mining and hoarding items they think will be used in refines.

What omenking and all the other we want to know whats happening about 2.0 need is reassurance.
A team person needs to post every other week or so something like
Yes we are still working on patch 2.0 but we thought we should fix shadow step poison cloud and a couple of other annoying bugs in the game before we added it. Please have patience.
Wecan all seethat things are changing and getting better. Mostcan work out that there have been important things turning up that needed to be fixed but hearing it in words of one syllable from someone official seems to be a very much needed thing.

I'd quite like it if it was released in 3 or 4 parts as it would give you more time to concentrate on Hell cave so that it's near on perfect and besides there aren't that many people who are 45+ yet so obviously this should come last.

Refining/Gemming is a huge part of the game so this alone would peak more interest as it gives players something to do, something to work for, work out recipes etc.
Just out of interest what would come after Refining/Gemming?

Also you said "you'd" start on it once the drops and whatever else is resolved, am I just reading too much into it or are you the only one working on it at the moment? Heard Sam was on holiday, when's he due back? Haven't heard from any of other team members in a while thats all, just need some reassurance.

Refiining is a key feature in mir which should have been in from the start.

Gems are dropping from bosses at a decent rate at the minute. They can wait.

What I'd like from Patch 2.0 is for it to be released.

The advertisement should of been at least 3 weeks before released, not nearly 3 months or whatever it's been.
