i got my mir.exe from fernys and some people think it is not the right 1 so im downloading mir1.4.... will it work ??

i was using the mir.exe from fernys but now i got mir1.4.exe and i done everything ... and when i load the mir i have to download so much stuff >_< what shall i do ??
