Rebirth now in-game. Npc for details.

Bladestorm improved against magic shield for lower level warriors.
Transparency adjusted.

Transparency, geo manipulation, beckon, interchange, dance of swallows works on all maps increased cool down in PvP (5 seconds if not in PvP)

New mechanic available in bw palace.

Shields can be repaired.

Level 90 is now maximum.

Purification improved chance.

You reduced the risk/penalty after rebirth by up to 300%
should the rewards also be reduced?
If yes better do it now before everyone too used to it or put the penalty back up a bit. It was harsh now its not much at all

No we are happy with the risk/reward/penalties.

We worked off feedback. People would not rebirthwith the minus 3 levels
