Patcher downloading very slowly

Hey i've only just managed to start downloading the Patcher today, but it's very very very slow, is this normal? When I say slow I'm talking about 100 - 300 kbps which can't be right, will take all day and night at this rate!

Didn't we all at some point download this on 56k with a manager! It took just a little under a week if I remember.
