Yeah he often gets compared with him, however I don't really think he should... Banksy is all about humour + deep meaningful messages, and it so happens that he is an amazing artist and some of the stuff he thinks up is truly incredible.
This guy (don't even know his name) has a clear skill in perspective drawing, if you were to change position in any of those pictures you would completely lose the magic of the art, and some of them you don't even realise how big they are (the one with the "giant woman and the bottle", check how many paving slabs the image actually goes over).

I saw these ages ago, he sure has added alot since then....amazing I thought at the time and still do.

That sounds like sarcasm, its almost as if the person your reffering to is a compulsive liar, and for your information your wrong. She didnt design these while helping him drush up his English, she did thought of them while painting the Sistine Chapel.
She invented a combined cure for cancer and AIDS while helping the sultan brush up on his English.
FFS, some people are so misinformed.
