pc is messed up

my little cousen has messed up my keyboard setings and i dont know how to change them back

if i press the enter button it types an "o" sometimes
if i press the "t" its sometimes "q"
you get the point

any ideas what could have been changed because he pressed loads of keys @ the same time

btw ive tried my old keyboard and a new one and its the same

certainly sounds like a spillage, it happened me with my keyboard when i speilt pepsi on it, the pepsi dried on the inside of the keyboard, on the contacts, and it had a similar effect (because of how it works)

Find a linux live cd, and boot that up, and see if the same happens - if so its not a windows problem.

Yeah, well mine is old and now the range wont go over 1 metre, and sometimes I get letters not appearing and strange happenings.

So I've gone back to wired keyboard (same as wireless) and mouse (old normal (eww) one).

well, could it be a setting or anything, any other countries keyboards letters set up different? (but with the sometimes) it seems like it cant be that. Well if you'v tried another keyboard :S i dunno

tried a system restore? if any settings changed, thus should change bk right?

On a second note, my keyboard and mouse are wireless, and their perfect, never had better

if it only happens sometimes, its likely a spillage, if it happens all the time its likely a mapping error.
