This topic seems to pop up every now and then. When it comes to Mir, PC specs is really not going to be an issue. It is probably harder to buy a machine that can't run Mir than it is to buy a machine that can. A budget machine of around £200-£300 would easily run it. I would even go as far to say a £30 Raspberry Pi could run it.

I play CSGO competitively so the PC I use is overkill but here :

i7 7700k, gtx970, 16gb ddr4, 240hz BenQ Monitor - 6k fps on apoc possible but pointless imo

I should add no change from normal to 240hz on mir too.

played on mir like 12-13 years ago with really crap PC by todays standards and 56k internet speed.
It lagged all the time but today s PC's shouldn't be an issue.
If it is....... maybe it's time for that upgrade you promised yourself since 1999

Best look into that mate 6k is low FPS for your specs. My specs in sig give 9k+.

And pc specs aren't going to make a difference anymore unless your pcs that **** it laggs when you open a folder.

If only mine would run N64 games without lag :/

Some of these replies are just silly.

It would probably run off of a smart fridge these days...
