pc over heating

my pc is yet again over heating (i think) i have dusted out the inside the fans r working fine (got 4 atm) does any 1 know were i can get somethin that looks at how hot my pc is getting. i remeber some 1 posting about it but cnt find the post anywere.

One question, how do you know its overheating? BIOS warning?

access bios at bootup tells you core temp, fan speds etc in there.

Have you perhaps overclocked your processor accidentally/deliberately?

not done non ov that. the pc just keeps turning off so i took it as the pc was over heating an wen i opened it up it was dusty as hell. i just want to make sure all is working fine now tho

restarting or turning off? memory can cause restarting problems

turning off completely. its ok i opend it up an there was that much dust that had got in to the chip alls fine now tho. ty for help tho peeps much appreciated

Yes I have same problem when I play a game the Mem Usage is 200,000k then pc over heats and turns off. Does yours come back on straight away or do you have to wait 30 minutes before it decides to work again? I ain't had time to clean dust out atm. Btw I think Everest is what you need tells you everything you need to know about your pc.

EDIT: I've just used my Everest and this is the information I was given:
Temperatures:
Motherboard = 46C
CPU = 44C
Aux = 46C
WDC WD2000BB-98DWA0 = 44C

Cooling Fans
CPU 2136RPM
Chassis 2312RPM
Power Supply 1442RPM

Voltage Values
CPU Core 1.55V

Can anyone say if this is normal.
