Graphic card won't make your machine reboot at the loading screen, if graphic card was faulty you would be left with a blank display after loading.

It wouldn't be ram ether and for it to be CPU, remember a cpu has a 1% chance of failing.

You've recently upgraded your mother board, which means your hardware signature has changed. Have you loaded into safe mode and installed the chipset drivers for the board.

I would sugest installing the chipset driver through safe mode first, before attacking your machine with more new hardware.

Then if you can't access safe mode, you need a new hard drive. As it sounds like the MBDR is fooked.

Have you tried reloading windows.

Are you sure you have your ram in the correct slots? I had this problem. Download the mother board manual if you dont already have it. Then have a read through it! Thats how i sorted it for me. Had the ram in (e.g 1,2 instead of 3,4)
