pet lvling mobs

when you make a place where you spawn mob so you can lvl your pets how do you make it so that your pets lvl faster could any 1 plz tell me what have you got set your mobs to make your pets lvl quicker many many thanks inadvance

Set there level high and HP very low and exp 1... tht sud do it...
