I guess we just need some guidance on how to reset the passwords, who do we email about it.

If this was an official, paid sub, server/service, I'd be the first to say knock yourself out and email away.
But with respect, I'd feel for Sam (et al) if he/they received ~100s of emails about accounts.
May be way out of line saying this, but give them a while to sort themselves out. It may feel bad for people who can't get onto their accounts for xyz reasons, or something keeps kicking them, however multiply that feeling by 10x and you'll probably be close to how anxious the team has felt from the middle of last week - and again, this aint their paid job.
If I were anyone experiencing weird stuff or can't login, give the guys atleast a few more days (I'd say) to sort out the backend of the server out and whatever else they feel they need to do.
Create another noob account, like back in the day when Dragon would go down for whatever reason and people would go on Phoenix for a few days. (we mostly know how little communication we used to get from euro mir, Sam's a whole lot more active tbh)
