Woke up creative today, hit the streets with a close friend of mine.

On a serious note, I can't really explain what's wrong with the pictures, they just aren't very good.
I think it's the fact that the person in the pictures is trying to hard, pictures are meant to be natural, all good pictures are taken when people aren't expecting it, that way people are in a natural position.

1st lot of pictures the 2nd one is excellent, so simple, yet effective , the other 2 are pritty poor. and your 2nd lot the 2nd picutres good, first ones simple. all in all. nice work.

and the ones with you in it do not contrast at all...
i mean you're dressed quite smart, for someone who is stood where smackheads would usually sit lol

surely a smart dressed person would look much better in a city role, business background or something.

the photo's with the scene girl in it are pretty terrible, especially the second one... it's so clichè, i've seen hundreds and hundreds of pictures like that.

If you're planning on taking pictures of people modelling/posing then think carefully about location/surroundings...not just choose any old alley where people can't see you posing like fools.

Yeah but the contrast dosen't fit the actual scene itself, its as if shes been placed there and posed, not as if she was just walking through as her natural self, your other pictures were good and your friend isn't right for the pictures her clothes style dosen't suit it either..

you really cannot take criticism that is two threads of yours i have seen you post your work and throw off any criticism without accepting a single word of it.

I can see what you're trying to get at, showing how posh you are compared to your surroundings, but quite frankly you didn't pull it off..to me it just doesn't work.

You don't see pictures of Angelina Jolie hanging down a smackhead alley to contrast how high and famous she is compared to the surroundings.

Give a little good critism and i'll take it lol.

So far you've just sat there telling me you dont like the street.

If i was trying to sell clothes, i would change the street. But im not.

Seriously... Some people, It's like Oh if I can contrast something it means I'm pro and thats that... Well no it's not all black and white mr tard. Those pictures are **** and aren't natural at all, It's like your posing for something... Not for art but yes.

Something like a catalouge, I mean this isn't good art... Any bellend can take a picture of anything and claim it's art, Doesn't mean to say its any good. ROFL AT you crying if someone says its bad.. Go learn photography at college or something please.

Lol, not only does the lass' clothes not suite the overall picture, they don't suite her. Don't get me wrong, she's allowed the "free country" and everything... but hell, I definately wouldn't go for a lass dressed like that.

Trust me, I've been posting my work here for some time now, there's no use in arguing with peoples comments, it's not going to change them. In fact, more often than not. If you accept they're comments and post a changed picture, usually people are right.

In my opinion - go out, take more pictures(taking in ALL advice) then post them here.

I'm no photographer, but I'm reasonably good, catch people when they're not expecting it. Here's a suggestion, say, two young people(maybe age 16-17) sitting a table in a regular cafe laughing and staring at eachother. Something lovey dovey like that, people like that
