How do i insert a picture and put it into the background so it is just faint as u can tell i am just learning at the moment to do signatures

if u mean what i think u mean
ctrl+c the part u want on another image (must be in rectangle tool) then on ur other image press ctrl+v which will paste it then all u have to set the transparency either goto blening options or on the layers clumn

thx i dont even no how to bring a picture into it because when i go file -> import it comes up with this other stuff. How do i bring a picture into my sig that im making sorry that im so nooby at this stuff

Make a new document file >> new , chose the size.Press V on ur keyboard and drag the picture into that blank file u created.
