You should really make your own brushes, your work comes out a lot more original, but yes, DeviantArt is the best place for photoshop Brushes - go to Browse -> Resource List -> Photoshop Brushes and apply settings.

Remember to give credit to the brush makers! It's really rude if you just take them.
