Something I seen in another thread made me remember a problem here on PI, that actually existed in the old Mir also. I have no screenies, as I was busy rushing somewhere at the time.
But if you tele or rt on the map, you can land on single squares where players and mobs can spawn, but aren't mean't to.
For example, on top of the rocky areas, I've landed there before and noticed myself and mob spawns like a chequer board, every other tile. They'd obviously filled up over time.
You'd have to edit the map.
