when i run mir.exe it goes to the login screen but it is all messed up in colors and u can't see any of the" ok, account ....e.t.c " buttons >_<

.. and also theres a little box that comes up that says " invalid file "... maybe thats the problem ??? what do i do :think:

Either you are using a poobag interface (ie you've moved the real mir 1.9 interface into 1.4), or you're using 1.4i version of Mir.

That or your graphics are messed. Try alt + tabbing a few times or closing mir and restarting it. Maybe your PC can't take running the server and mir.exe at the same time.
