Wasnt sure where to actually post this but figured it seems like a bug (unless i'm doing something wrong) but i cant seem to use plague, is it bugged or am i just missing something?
It does work. The skill spreads poison already on targeted mob to mobs surrounding it. Gather mobs and red/green poison one of the mobs. Use plague and poison mobs to spread poison to other mobs.
The higher the skill the bigger the area of effect.
Any kind of poisons will work, magic and physical based except para and curse. If you time it right you can even spread sin/warrior yellow poison. The duration of the plague poison is based on how long the original poison would of lasted on the mob.
