Players getting bugged

Im haven a problem on my server where a players gets bugged.

The are online 1 minuite then they are not able to get online after they logg out.
The appear to still be ingame.I cant @kick or boot them from the server
I have to reboot for the character to become unbegged.

Does anyone no of anyway to stop this happening?.

check that your ip is static also, renew chardb section on sql

Yea i think this is correct.

We used to get this on 1.9 with the above system, A simple reboot fixed the chars or you could remove the master system you have.
