Pointless playing

So i was just watching some one streaming a server i wont mention on here as just the name hurts to type. A level 30 something tao running round red cave or hell i cant remember now) with a yimogi pet. (VIP) just standing behind the pet and letting it kill everything with its rather large AOE then moving a bit and doing the same. Never once using any skills (even healing as they were not getting hurt)..This was sad to watch as i love my taos and using my skills to the best of my abilities. Is this the way of mir now? Am i missing something?

Afk is allowed on there he use to follow me when i was playing his last server rofl and watch everything i do the weirdo

He told me can afk to level had that pet in last server and would wipe mobs

That might be the one.I just dont see the fun in it. you litterally do nothing its like you are your own OP pets pickup pet if you know what i mean you just pickup drops and thats it. Im all for pets but ones that you have to put some effort into that thing doesnt even need a heal lol. I casn just imagine how much fun it must be at SW and in fights.

I assume you're referring to a player who has set the game on auto and just lets it do its thing and he's doing something else.

no im more on about the totally OP pet that takes 0 damage and destroys everything in seconds it just seems like a sad state of affairs for mir as we know it. Play the game dont get played by the game

Which server? the only server i remember having yims as pets is Arcadia but that screenshot doesent look like Arcadia.

Lets be open, you're talking about Oblivion server. That server is not a good example of the state of mir at this time.

It's not the end of the world - we have 15 users who are thoroughly enjoying the daily updates.

For those of you who've read any scepticism or hatred towards Oblivion - it's a case of try before you buy sadly due to trolls.
Apparently we don't have anything NEW ingame yet we will be the first with this brand new PVP Egg Screen?

Not really much originality in servers these days. Do not really see anything implemented in mir2 that's just a tweak here or there (just come across hany's godot project that looks interesting)

That oblivion server is just hopeless, the state of mir servers is bad and that's not even counting that shambles into the mix

I'd like to see new things implemented, I mean i am no master coder or anything, I have spent a couple years learning. Recently downloaded a set of crystal files and decided to rewrite the stat system into a more modern AP/DP/Str/Int/Dex etc. Not really for anything other than personal development and hopefully someone might find it useful. Would be good if more people did the same.. Could club together some real ideas and get them working

If I was a bit more confident, id lap up that Habs work. He is paying people to code in dog **** ideas lol
