Make a sticky list of things you are working on. Cross out the fixed ones with date, label some as on going.This will save you a lot of time hand holding the ones who demand reassurance that something is being done about their report and answering questions whats being done. People who want everything acknowleged with lots of yes oh wonderful customer we are dealing with your very valuable query absolutely top priority and get almost spammed with auto messages about what' being done maybe should calm down a bit. This might stop them getting high blood pressure and damaging themselves with frustration

Have a stickied thread which you update once a bug is reported, and then mark as fixed as and when.
I could always help out and edit the thread when I see a bug reported and add it to the list.

Its not childish. It's sarcasm. I personally have had 6 emails 4 texts and a phone call about an item I ordered. You want someone to reply to you on a free server when they busy busy people yet you waited aaages for anything to be fixed on official USA and were ignored most of the time. Be reasonable.

Please would helpful admin person Skyline make my suggestion happen, call it Work in Progress or something not the cleverly amusing Mantis Tracker which I didn't even bother to check because I didn't realise what it was. English as a second language players might also have trouble knowing what it is.
why create something the same as something that already exists, mantis tracker is awesome if its kept up to date, tbh it would be even better if players could post the bugs they find on the actual tracker, im sure it would get used more then.
Ofc you are right. I should have said Please Skyline would you update mantis tracker for us. Then said that although I appreciated the clever name now I know what it is perhaps re naming it so it was more obviously a work in progress/bug report list type thing would be helpful especially for those for whom English is not first language. Its hard to get the jokes which often don't work in translation. That's really what I meant but didn't have time to explain. I don't want duplication of something that exists already but that an update overhaul and possibly rename might be very welcome.
