Nope. We're basically asking the community if you should be allowed to advertise here, nothing to do with dedi's or anything like that now, you should of thought about that with your last servers

So, if i hand over all rights to someone else and have input whats the rules on that? Im finding it hard to beleive you'll be able to actually proove im hosting or running a server considering i'll be moving county shourtly (meaning all ip's related to my accounts will be changed)
And yes, ofc people will donate to a server - its the nature of players to want to pay to win. You give me one example of a server where donations are not taken ?
It still wouldn't be allowed to advertise, any server that you're related to would not be allowed to advertise. And we're fine with donations, we're not fine with con-artists. And that's exactly what you were.
I could go back and quote some of the posts i've deleted where you brag about how much money you got from the community and how you "might" do it again. But seems the community is disagreeing with you so far.

I voted no, because its just plain greedy. Unless you have plans on actually rewarding the TRUE creators of the game(coders) with a cut of your profits then i dont see why you should be allowed to advertise another server.

What if he wasn't too post the advertisement and someone else did, on which terms the person posting claimed too be the server owner and not posting it on behalf of Jesus. And there wasn't enough proof that the server is advertised for Jesus, all donations went into said persons paypal and not Jesus, and everything too do with the server was owned by this said person.
Wouldn't then deleting a thread about said server be wrong?

Im with the above, where does that put me? im looking at creating and doing a Heroes server in the near future (as i said on the other thread) so im after all the advice i can get. If i had help making a npc or kit or something like that from Jesus, im not allowed to advertise MY server just because he's had an input? How is that fair?
If it is his server and he is actively part of that server team he wouldn't be allowed to advertise with LOMCN. Yes there probably will be ways for him to loop around us for a brief period but we're not here to discuss that at all. We're here to say we will prevent him from advertising at LOMCN simple as that.
Not quite like that at all, my words may of caused confusion on this front. On a small NPC or something like that that's fair enough as you've done the major server work and he wouldn't be part of your server team. IF he is listed as your server team then it's a completely different ballgame or if we find out he's actively updating your server.
I hope this clears up a few bits of confusion my post has created.
