I play for around 2 hours a week.

My reason being is, if I just wait a few weeks I can get all the kit I want for really cheap. For example around a month ago a level 30 Archer bow was 1 million plus. I waited until now and its 150k. So I guess I am waiting until things settle down before playing more.

Pretty illogical skill cap you have hit there, drops were changed that would be why they dropped in price.
