Fixed Port Forwarding (dedi)

Hi, I'm just wondering if anbody is available to help me with supporting the port forwarding on my dedi?
I've located all 3 IP's including the static, gateaway and subnet mask from the config, tried editing the network proxy by following an instruction guide from Google but this did not work and only allowed 1 IP change in the Proxys DNs settings.
When i type in the IP address it's giving me an "oops, error" page so I am able to do this manually.

Are there any other ways that I can do this please?

I have tried: changing the "disabled" port forwarding to "enabled" in the Management Services.
Disabled all firewalls.
No luck at all lol.
