Other Port forwarding (Need a little help)

Ok well i'm trying to port forward and i get 2 type of ports..

One is 'Port Range' And other is 'Translate To' (Any idea what goes in these)?

turned off UnPnP.
There are only 3 options in Protocol and 'both' isn't one of them

Hmmm still saying server is down.. Do i need to restart pc after confirming the information?

Also are you 100% sure this is how you open ports on this sort of net?:) (If so i'll double check files ip's)

Trying to allow people onto my own server. (Trying to get in ONLINE)

But every time i try connect to it even i get con closed.

You also need to open the ports in windows firewall, sometimes windows prompts you the first time you open the program but i find with my files i still had to go in because it missed some. You can also just set the programs to be an exception i think that should have the same affect.

Also after allowing the ports and programs through your firewall and router you must also reboot the router and your pc for it to take affect ( in some cases )
