Port Forwarding..

Just wanted to check if this was right , i wanted to set up my own Reg ip so i can be connect all the time , so i added the Port 60320 and 64000 to my Vitrual Server list on the router wizard .... but there are two port options so im not too sure which one to do , theres LAN Port and Public Port
