Can get onto server internally (using 192.168.1.3), and all IPs in server files are 192.168.1.3 aswell. I port forwarded (On new router - WNR2000) ports 7000-7300, but wont let me on using my external IP address. I've looked for firewalls, but it doesn't show any. Help please?

did you check windows firewall?

you need to exclude those ports as well.

from external computer... do some telnet commands

telnet your netip 7000

if it gives you a blank page, that means good. do the same for the other ports.

as you mentioned, it works internal.
that means you probably have internal ip in some of the settings.
your friends won't be able to connect from outside world.

Lol, yeah, I solved it. I reset the Modem, Router, and PC (In that order). Got a new internal IP (192.168.1.13), changed IPs in server files again, and changed port forwarding IP. Asked Solvent to try and connect, and it worked.
