Totally worth it though :P

Eh, I have my dual 24's set up and I get plenty done with my army of chars :P

Not to mention the energy bill and heat =\ you don't have to worry about the heat as much as we do here. My pc alone makes my room 18-20degrees hotter in the summer. (95F up to near 110F with pc running all day.)

My PC barely heats up, graphics card is constantly at a reasonable temp and my fans are usually on 80% but they're silent so I reckon I did a good job building this one. (Learned from previous errors)

What's the obsession with multi screens btw? why prefer them over a huge screen?

Desktop real estate for me. When working I can have between 6-10 different interfaces open that I want to work on, along with email and other apps.

Just because a screen is larger physically doesn't mean it gives you any additional space, the average TV will only output 1080p when connected to a PC (unless you are mega rich and have a 4k TV).

I'm just making the move from multiple 22' 1080p monitors to multiple 27' 1440p and the difference is huge.

Indeed I was going to get a 3rd 1080p monitor myself however I've decided I'm going to use my 32" 1080p and soon replace it with 1440p as well as my other 2.

Nice one mate!

At the end of the day building a set up is building it for you.
Some people go for mutli-screen but you've got a lovely little setup there bud with everything you need.

Thanks for sharing! :D

deano you filthy casual. I literally bought a new mouse (DeathAdder 2013, up from an older DeathAdder) for it to match my 2013 BlackWidow. Gotta love green.
