Potcash/Dontions? =/

Hey guys can i just check something with you?
firstly i understand that a server isnt free to run so dont think im complaning but will there be a potcash shop on this server?
i hope not as i feel some servers give too much of an advantage to some players with more money than they no what to do with lol
For example ---> revive scroll
> Jade Liquid (no drop buff) -
> exp buff - on some servers 100%+ lasting for days as a time etc etc

P.S im also hoping this server will be a start from fresh? or will there be characters from a previous version?

As far as am aware their will be a game shop but nothing game changing can be bought

E.g spells, items, Exp scrolls


And I believe it's a fresh start
