looks very basic, and the text is too bright, if you get what i mean, since your new to photoshop id say its very good but try changing the brightness of the text...

All i like is the background, you need to focus on getting your text blended in and nice and presentable.

lightning being bright and the text being based on the effect of looking like lightning then it makes sense.

I think you've tried to Bevel the text, and not adjusted the size of the bevel down enough.

Either way, the text really isn't readable.
