Practical driving test

I took my practical driving test today and failed - I had 5 Serious errors, and 30 minor (Allowance = 0 Serious, 15 Minor).

I had a short lesson before the test where my instructor ensured me that my skills were of a higher level than the test required. Unfortunately, my examiner was a complete asshole, continually putting me down, and lowering my confidence during the test. Before taking the test I was driving confidently, without error, just shows what effect an asshole can have on you whilst sat next to him.

Good luck to anyone else taking their test in the near future, the key is to keep calm!

Ive had 3 lol.

1st failed because of 1 serious - didnt signal to join dual carriagway.

2nd cos my instructor was a twat 3 serious 15 minor - Had to stop my self from hitting him at end, as he asked if i wanted an explination on why i failed, i said no.

3rd - Stalled at a junction cos 4got to change gear from 3rd to 1st.



Worst test's ive had to do.... yet my instructor tells me im 10x better driver than more of her students that have passed.

I failed my first test cause some arsehole came all the way round a mini roundabout doing a u-turn, i thought he was gonna get off my my road...

i passed 1st time, but yes nerves made me do silly mistakes like mong up the parralel park a bit lol

we are allowed no serious and only 8 minor.

Took me three times to pass mine as well.

the first time i had a error in reversing and he failed me on that.

the second time got 9 minor mistakes and some were for driving to slow which was hard to avoid considering the fcuking traffic.

passed the third time without error.

I thought id passed on my third, thought was only a minor, was watching him ount my minor and was like omg i passed... then he ticked the fail box... i wanted 2 cry.

Sometimes you know sometimes you dont, depends what the examiner is like, and how dangerous it is.

Say, Not Signalling to join a busy fat moving road, thats a instant fail (thats how i failed).

Ouch, that's pretty severe, that's considered a minor here.

Serious stuff for us is like speeding, hitting the curb, etc, stuff that shows you can't control the vehicle.

Actually the test can be down to luck entirely, for example, if ur going round a roundabout, and u know that theoretically theres 2 lanes, one for left and straight on and one for any turns after straight on, well if u kinda dont get right in ur lane going straight on, you would gt a minor. HOWEVER, if u made the same mistake and caused hassle for a car behind beucase he cant pass u = Major.

I passed firs time with 13 minors, 7 just on my mirroring i think :/ but my examiner was awesome, she kept me really calm and was really nice the entire test. Some of them are literally just complete asshats who think every person under 25 whos taking their test is going to go our, rant a car to **** then smash it.

Just dont get hung up on it Lyrical, and if possible book ur next test at a different testing station.
