built a new i7 950 system ,bought a h50 cause i rushed into it.

no overclock running at 38-40c idle , thought id add 2 akasa viper fans ( 12 quid each ) to drop the temps so i can oc to 4ghz , added the new fans and ive got the EXACT SAME temps as i did with 1 stock corsair.

how can this be lmao.

dont u think i realised that lol , how can 2 akasa vipers which are good fans , which push ALOT more air then a coirsair stock fan , be the same temps..

think iam just gunna get a custom waterloop -,- £250

i dont just wanna oc so i can go wow look i got a 4ghz cpu , i need more power for running bots..not like 99% of the ppl who run 4ghz+ and dont even use 30% of there cpu.

how can this be lmao.

1) What is your ambient temperature?
2) Do a new test, record idle temps, then record the temps @ load with Prime 95, post them here.
