problem with a 1.9 server help plz

Hi guys i have a problem with VISTA and running Torozor server... now it works fine on my brother laptop with the same version as VISTA as me so i dont get it i keep getting a ****ty black screen on loadup then an error box with some korean/chinese crap in it ive tried setting compatability mode to XP SP2 no joy tried a new exe dont work tried removing the server and putting it back on 3 times even tried downloading the installer again and still didnt work any help please? at all?

Try running it as an Administrator, if that fails then I doubt there will be any point going ingame anyway, as you'll have the insane lag that I did.

Is simple : use the same IP on ur PC like ur friend, and just work i think. Black screen , is because the client dont find the loginserver.exe to connect.
And ur client exe must to setup with IpConfig.exe and MirConfigEnglish.exe to use . More useful infos with setup ur server and client is very usefull...
