[Holley] Problem with client and Regserver

Hi ppl.
Im making server for fun, and i have prob with my client. When i open launcher, server cannot connect it just pinging. I read here:http://www.lomcn.co.uk/forum/showthread.php?75621-Rungate-kick-off that if i use 3.55 version, i should open regserver instead of mirlogin. but when i try to open it i see info: FIle has virus. What should i do? Any1 know?

I would suggest that you read the threads on lomcn, as this is covered in a lot of them and you also won't have people flaming you for not looking.

Just to give you a bit of a head's up then, reg server/mir login issue is IP related.

Virus is language releated IE: PRC not installed or not installed correctly.

you need to add regserver to your exceptions lsit in your anti virus etc m8, same with netcheck etc

ok ty. My client connect now. But when i click PLAY, loader dissappear in 3 sec, and nothing happening. I probably have sth wrong with client files, but i downloaded euro client and past there files from mud3/client. I tried to install client again but its still not working.

try using someones elses client first, go to server advertismenets and take your pick from the holley clients

i'm trying to open serv using local IP (127.0.0.1). I put it everywhere. But when i open launcher server is off. How to change it? I open gates in this order: LoginSRV, DBSrv, RegServer, NetCheck, Loader3G, RunGate, SelGate.
When all gates are opened, i have info that there is a problem with CruelDragonMir3G.exe and i get closed.
then i have application error: Exception ESocket in module CruelDragonMir3G.exe at 00051E6A
Windows socket error: Only one usage of socket address (protocol / network address / port) is normally permitted (10048) on API "bind"
And next error: Runtime error 216 at 0221CD93
How to solve it?
