Problem with SQL

I copied and item, to change the name and that, and now, it constantly says this, so either i, get rid of all my database and remake it (loosing tons of items) or keep it, and can't run the game... Anyone help please.

Backup your database to a access file, delete the database, then
restore the database from the access file. easy.
