From my understanding

Offer (reduced price) is for the next 48 hours

You can buy 1 hour +40% EXP potions for a reduced price (usually 4,000 game gold) with a maximum of 20 per account.

yes, but for example, if your internet fails, they run out even if you're offline. as i've noticed.... in sz they still run out too.

as of recently, they should stop, if you log into a SZ it will tick down, to fix this, go outsideo f the SZ and back in, and it should stop. The guys are working on a fix.
