Protect shield monk class

Could you please actually explain what this spell does the 33 monk one? It shows no buffs or change to stats? what does it actually do lmao?

I also noticed no stat changes in the stat screen, confused me. But I think it pretty much acts like a magicshield during it's up time but you also deal less damage.

If it's the one with the twirly shield, then you power sc/dc is reduced but you take less damage if any depending on the mob. Think it went 3 seconds level 0, 5 seconds level 1, 7 seconds level 2 and 9 seconds level 3.


However I think it is broken again, had an issue that LCD changed on test server and looks like it has reverted back.
