Sup Gs, the blam has come accross a problem here.

I got a new case, and a new motherboard, transferred all my **** over to the new case/motherboard, and now it wont boot up (and I can smell some funny burning smell), and can hear a low buzz of the PSU (This is not the fan)

Also when i look at my CPU fan when the power is supposedly on, the fan doesnt spin, it just jerks forward if you know what i mean

I have come to a conclusion that this is the PSU, because thats the only thing i think it could be, dont ask why, i am mysterious.

Is it the same model as the other one?

I had the same problem with my old PSU fan after a few years, mayb you should take it back and get a replacemet PSU and try that?? maybe a fault with the new psu you brought :(

When i changed mine, i just brought the same PSU as the one i had which died on me and worked fine. If you can smell something burning, dont turn your computer back on until urban or someone can 100% help you :)

It isnt a new PSU, it's the same one, i don't know what made it go.

The model is: Antec NEO480GB

480 Watt as you might've guessed

Edit: If it's ****ed, i'll get a new one, and RMA this one
