I just tested this and I was able to RT in the lobby, on 1st and 2nd

RTs are not allowed from 3rd onwards

What is is that happens with the bug, they use an RT and just do not move?

Rt's on 2nd can fail where they consume but you don't move anywhere, keep rt'in on 2nd it will happen, its random.

Rts sometimes fail to work on 2nd. Every other place is ok.

Take a few bundles and try, count how many fail

I used 3 bundles, so 18 RTs and none failed

Strange, I will keep looking into it
