Or you will give us a good, "old school", system with slow decline of PKpoints, and guards who kill red in each SZ of the server? :P'

that was the punishment for mass murder! LOL you go red and have to be carfull what you do in game it should be like that then people might think twice about pushing noobs around and stuff.

The amount of times i gone red and a gaurds poped me and i droped s**t loads of kit back in the days was unreal lol just like a pack of wolfs jumping all over SZ ><, also as hilarious to wacth it happen to other people that was just mir.

Being red was never working as a protection to noobs but mostly as a way for noobs to grief ppl.

These are new files with endless coding possibilities so instead of those retarded ways of punishing ppl for....pvping and fighting for bosses how about:
1) Red person had double the chance to drop off body.
2) Red person can be attacked in SZ aka u cant afk.
3) Remove Guards

That way pkers get punishes BUT they can still play the game without HAVING TO AFK.

In general afking should serve no purpose at all in server (even mining should be an active procedure somehow imo) like it doesnt in any other MMO.

I always believed they should get some perks for being red - curse acts like lk to players but not mobs - collecting ears ftw (that give small bonus)- mobs are not as hostle unless provoked - tt to Pk town -

You are not able to say what is a "platform" and what is an "RPG".

Exactly! I mean just that.
In addition, does not exist only red, it was also fun to play on the edge of the yellow.
With this new trend of all kind of potions and white easy, PvP has become child's play, where you do not run a risk.
Obviously those grew up on bread and World of Warcraft, do not know more :wink:

Long - Long time ago (PhoenixServer) was a person called ' Mampi ' (was a wiz.) Peeps gave THAT sod a lot of respect. (Bugger killed me a few times).
He went to town quite regularly, tucked himself into safe zone and just SOAKED up the abuse from n00bs. Thing was at the time, best player was in
mid 40s !
We all were pretty equal !
Mampi was just very good at what he did. That was being RED.

At this point of time . there seems to be confusion between PlayerKill (PK) and PlayerMurder ! Pillocks killing anyone but mostly n00bs (PKn)
With a low rate I think a better balance can be achived. AND that fool 'Mampi' could rear his ugly face again.
(hopefully, but will keep RandomTelli close)

I always liked the idea of being red you can play like a normal player but your damage taken is doubled or something along them lines... however im not sure if this is feesable in mir.

I had never heard of him until Chronicles. clearly wasn't all "that" on Phoenix.

Damn - forgot about 'JerryTheBerry' think was him that got Mampi out of Jail when he was killed. ( But not by me , thank the heck for RandomTelli ! )

Edit :- Thinking about it, YES Mampi and Jerry were probably same person, or very closely connected.

i remember Mampi turning up on D server many moons back, think he had a guild, carebears or somthing. He was pretty good at pvp, livened things up a bit for awhile. You see some names about on private servers from the glory days of mir but i think a lot of em aint the originals, like that twat Wong, whatever happened to him
